Being a designer in a fast evolving industry, with an increasing level of background noise and pressure to deliver quickly, I occasionally need to stop and think. Focusing my time on design sensibility of a project and not just the design method. By exploring the yin and yang of design and implementing a balance of these elements, inspires me to build delightful experiences, create an emotional connection and produce the best outcome for the product, service or brand.

Finding the best solution means experimenting with the right factors. Slowing down and focusing on the details, the relationship between the elements, and the specific meaning of each. Understanding the bigger picture and tuning into all the details helps put the meaning into context and deliver seductive and meaningful experiences.

Combining design methods with strong design sensibilities is good practice and helps me think in ways to resolve complex problems with confidence and create well-rounded solutions. As a creative director, I try to determine not only what to do but how to do it.
