The inaugural project for NRG commenced in 2014, where, in my role as Creative Director, I spearheaded the creation and launch of the wellness brand “Power up my Life”. Crafting the brand book was a key aspect, and over the years, I've undertaken a diverse range of design projects.

Additionally, my involvement extends to various deliverables within the internal communication landscape. Each year, I challenge myself to propel the brand forward while maintaining alignment with corporate branding. This involves selecting design directions, defining photography styles, and evolving the communications for the brand annually.

Corporate Communications

Making smart choices is the central theme of this annual enrollment brochure. The visual reflected the message by incorporating bold vibrant colors and diverse photos, displaying the uniqueness of each individual.

Develop a health and wellness brand that would deliver on communicating a fresh and positive message with a call to action.

Visual approach included direction for logo usage, pattern, graphic, typography, illustration, imagery, color, layout and language.

The health and wellness brand was applied to numerous deliverables from print to digital. To launch the wellness brand and kick off the campaign a leadership video and photo shoot was produced.

Design a responsive website for an employee audience, drive traffic and connect employees to their benefits and provide access to wellness resources.

Create a brand that is more than a logo; a slick wrapper for internal communications. An approach to influence employees and define a culture. A method of engagement for drawing healthy habits out of every employee.

The “be your own best friend” brand guidelines are more than a set of visual standards; they’re designed to inspire the creativity necessary to build a culture that celebrates how successful it can be when we take care of ourselves, each other and our customers.

Build a brand that connects the elements for benefits into a meaningful, unified employee experience - a visual value proposition. Promote behaviours and foster a culture where pursuing well-being is the norm - and employees feel confident about their ability to afford, understand, and access the best benefits offerings.

The annual report is just a small slice of the design work for this particular client. Fully involved and executed the benefits brand, three years of employee infographic annual reports and ongoing deliverables.
