After more than two decades helping organizations communicate with clarity and purpose, I found myself asking a different question: How can thoughtful design improve not just the way businesses work, but the way people live? That question led me to the study of Ayurveda—an ancient system of health centered on balance, awareness, and intentional daily living. Today, I'm building Ayurveda Your Life, a coaching practice dedicated to helping people create lasting wellbeing through simple daily rituals and timeless wisdom. Although my work has expanded into a new discipline, my philosophy remains unchanged: Meaningful transformation begins with understanding people.
